I love working with couples and individuals, helping them create relationships and intimacy that’s fulfilling and joyous. I am even more passionate about my work now than I was when I first started. I have over a decade of study in the field of relationships and sexuality. My training combines Western psychology with the ancient Eastern traditions of mindfulness, awareness, presence, and energy, including Neo-Tantric sexuality. I also practice what I share. I’ve been married and divorced. It makes me passionate when working with couples on the brink of divorce. Everything I learn I apply to my own relationships and I immediately want to share it with others. I don’t think I’ll ever stop.

For me, it’s about finding the right approach for you, one that brings into alignment mind, body, and soul. I am not here to coach you. I am here to guide you.
